Blés
BLÉS is the name given to an indigenous plant – Chrysanthemus Blés -whose growth is encouraged between the rows of our vines .Our 120 Ha of organic vineyard in Valencia (Spain) are respectful with the environment and maintain the balance and richness of the ecosystem. The best grapes grow in our fields alongside with small insects and animals like the bee, the butterfly, the ladybird and the redbreast which nests in spring in our vineyards looking for the southern sun.

Aranleón Sólo
Aranleón SÓLO red was the first wine made in our winery (vintage 2003). The snail has already become an icon of our winery being a small tribute to the patient walk of the snail and the wine projects.

Our Cavas
This Cava is intended to be savored at any time “ a deshoras”… for its elaboration we have followed all the quality requirements from DOP Cava in the county of Requena ( Valencia)

Blés
Blanco 2022
When making this wine, we thought it could perfectly well match both big and small game, fishes like codfish and grilled meat. BLÉS is the name given to an indigenous plant – Chrysanthemus Blés -whose growth is encouraged between the rows of our wines.
Our 120 Ha of organic vineyard in Valencia (Spain) are respectful with the environment and maintain the balance and richness of the ecosystem. The best grapes grow in our fields alongside with small animals like the redbreast which nests in spring in our vineyards looking for the southern sun.
Third vintage of this BLÉS BLANCO wine, an essential in the BLÉS range. It could be drunk on its own, refreshing, fruity and crisp acidity.

Grape varieties from our organic vineyards
20% Sauvignon Blanc from trellised non irrigated vineyards in Finca Los Rincones (La Portera, Requena). Altitude: 820 meters. Soil mix: Calcareous. Yield: 2 Kg/vine. Date of harvest: 1st week in September.
80% Macabeo from trellised non irrigated vineyards in Finca Casa La Viña( La Portera, Requena). Altitude: 731 meters. Soil mix: sandy. Average yield: 3 Kg/vine. Date of harvest: 1 st week in September.
Vinification: The date of harvest is fixed upon the tasGng of the grapes. The grapes are machine harvested at night to preserve all the aromas. The different grape varietals are vinified separately.
Allergens: Contains sulfites.

We present this young wine as the perfect match for light pasta dishes, white meat, pizzas or simply as a refreshing appetizer. BLÉS is the name given to an indigenous plant – Chrysanthemus Blés -whose growth is encouraged between the rows of our vines.

Grape varieties from our organic vineyards
80% Bobal in irrigated trellised vineyards from Finca Casa de la Viña (La Portera, Requena) Altitude 731 meters. Soil mix: clay and humic. Average yield: 2,5 Kg/vine. Date of harvest: 2nd week in October.
10% Tempranillo in non irrigated trellised vineyards from Finca El Churro (La Portera, Requena). Altitude: 689 meters. Soil mix: Clay and calcareous. Average yield: 4,5 Kg/vine. Date of harvest: 2nd week in September.
10% Cabernet sauvignon in irrigated trellised vineyards from Finca Los Rincones (La Portera, Requena). Altitude: 720 metres. Soil mix: Calcareous. Yield: 4 Kg/vine. Date of harvest: 2nd week in September.
The date of the harvest is determined upon tasting of the grapes.
Vinification: The different plots are vinified separately , fermenting the destemmed and crushed grapes in our concrete vats, at controlled temperature and with fermentative maceration during two weeks.
Allergens: Contains sulfites.
- Colour: Dark cherry , medium intensity.
- Nose: notes of red fruits , wild strawberries and aromatic plants.
- Mouth: Soft in the mouth, medium body, lively and jammy in the after taste.

Aranleón Sólo
Cava Brut
This Cava is intended to be savored at any time. For its elaboration, we have followed all the quality requirements from the DOP Cava in the county of Requena (Valencia)
NB : “Brut” refers to the sugar content which in this case is less than 1.5% ( 15 grams/ liter)

Grapes from our own organic vineyards.
50% Chardonnay from trellised irigated vineyards in Finca Los Rincones (La Portera, Requena). Altitude 820 meters. Soil :limestone . Yield: 2 Kg/ vine. Date of harvest: the last week of August.
50% Macabeo from trellised non irrigated vineyards in Finca Casa La Viña (Requena). Altitude: 731 meters. Sandy soil. Yields 3 Kg/vine. Date of harvest: the last week of August.
Harvest takes place at night to preserve all the aromas.
Vinification: Second fermentation in our underground winery at constant temperature and humidity, avoiding direct light and undesirable vibrations.
Ageing: Ageing on its own lees during 11 months.
Allergens: Contains sulfites.
- Color: Pale yellow cava with vivid greenish reflections, fine bubble and persistent foam.
- Nose: intense aromas of pear and apples with notes of lime and white flowers.
- Mouth: fresh with a well integrated acidity, leaving a floral long taste.

- Alcoholic Degree: 11,5 %
- Reducing sugar: 7,1 gr/l
- Volatile acidity: 0,22 mg/l
- pH: 3,01
- Suggested drinking : between 8 and 9 ºC


Aranleón Sólo
White 2022
Grapes from our own organic vineyards:
20% Sauvignon Blanc from trellised non irrigated vineyards in Finca Los Rincones (La Portera, Requena). Altitude: 820 meters. Soil mix: Calcareous. Yield: 2 Kg / vine. Date of harvest: 1st week in September.
80% Macabeo from trellised non irrigated vineyards in Finca Casa La Viña( La Portera, Requena). Altitude: 731 meters. Soil mix: sandy. Average yield: 3 Kg/ vine. Date of harvest: 1 st week in September
Vinification: The date of harvest is fixed upon the tasting of the grape. The grapes are machine harvested at night to preserve all the aromas. The different grape varietals are vinified separately. This wine is aged on its own leas for two months in stainless steel vats. Skin maceration in cold for 12 hours and soft pressing to extract the must.
- Color: Pale yellow with green ribbon.
- Nose: predominance of fresh varietal notes, some grapefruit, peach and tropical fruits (pineapple). We can smell as well some light hints of bakery from the ageing on the leas.
- Mouth: with balanced acidity and unctuous sensations due to its ageing on the leas. This is a wine with body and persistent.
Suggested drinking temperature:10-12º C

This is the first wine we crafted in our winery (vintage 2003). The snail has become the icon of our winery and our small tribute to the patient walk of the snail and the wine projects.
It matches perfectly with red meats as well as cured cheeses and sausages.

Grapes from our own organic vineyards:
80% Bobal from non irrigated bush vineyards in Finca Casa de la Viña (Requena). Altitude: 731 meters. Soil mix: Clay, humus. Yield 2,5 Kg/ vine Date of harvest: the second week in October.
20% Cabernet Sauvignon from trellised irrigated vineyards in Finca Los Rincones (La Portera, Requena). Altitude: 720 meters. Soil: light with calcareous predominance. Yield: 1 Kg/ vine. Date of harvest: The first week in October. The date of harvest is fixed for all the grapes varietals according to the tasting of the grape.
Vinification: The different grape varieties are vinified separately. The grapes are hand picked, crushed and de stemmed prior to fermentation in our concrete vats, with control of temperature and fermentative maceration for two weeks. Ageing: The malolactic fermentation takes place in Hungarian and French oak barrels. The wines are aged afterwards in the same barrels for 6 months with two months of “bâtonnage”
- Color: Medium high intensity with ruby color.
- Nose: we find red ripe berries with balsamic aromas and Mediterranean notes like lavender. A mineral background as well.
- Mouth: We can taste red and black berries as well as fig notes. Hints of oak on a fresh mineral background. A rounded up wine with soft tannins.

New presentation for the classic wine from the winery: the majesty of the pine in our vineyards as the reflection of the elegance and seriousness of our most complex wine.
Pairing: This highly nuanced wine matches well the red meats. The sweet final sensation along with the toasted notes allow even to pair it with chocolate desserts.

30% Monastrell in non irrigated trellised vineyards from Finca Casa la Viña.Date of harvest: 3rd week in September.
30% Tempranillo in non irrigated trellised vineyards from Finca Casa la Viña.
30% Bobal in non irrigated bush vineyards from Finca Casa la Viña.
10% Cabernet Sauvignon in non irrigated trellised vineyards from Finca Casa la Viña. Date of harvest: 4th week in September.
Vinification: The different plots are vinified separately, fermenting the stemmed and crushed grapes in our concrete vats, at controlled temperature and with fermentative maceration during two weeks. Ageing: Malolactic fermentation in new French barrels and further ageing during 6 months in the same barrels in contact with the fine lees.
- Colour: Deep dark red colour
- Nose: wide complexity of aromas going from ripe black fruits to aromatic plants, lactic notes as well as mineral hints.
- Mouth: Fine and complex. Subtle tannins confer elegance and depth respecting the peculiarities of the “ terroir”
- Suggested drinking temperature: 18º
